Y'know what sucks about writing a paper on a book you really love?
Well, I'm writing my senior lit paper on Tim O'Brien's The Things They Carried, and every time I flip around for a specific quote, I end up just reading, and then half an hour later it occurs to me... what the fuck was I looking for again?

Anyway.
I'm just farting around and being lazy.
(back to works :B)

Heheh. That happens to me all the time. Especially when looking through a dictionary. I end up reading it.

Lol. I have the exact problem. I've read it twice and I can't just find the one thing I'm looking for...So I wind up reading. And then I'm like, WAIT I SEEEEE.
And then I loose what I was thinking about.

T'day the NW rep was discussing how all their books may soon be electronic- Which is nifty, I guess, but I cringed a little.

xD Same with me; something about a dictionary is just so fascinating when you want to procrastinate... I'd probably feel a little better about it if it *was* an actual story. >>"

owo I know; it's interesting, but... I need a job. "D So, yeah, they can take their time with that. Though, on the bright side, it'd be much easier to get those just-obscure-enough books; digital's much cheaper than paper. And a lot of times, when a book like that gets too weathered they can't afford to replace it. A lot fewer problems with digital files than paper ones, though.

Narf. I dunno, that bothers me. :c I mean, maybe it's just sentimental, but I like having an actual book.

Yes. You can leave and or find money in books. >3>
Or you know, physically beat the crap out of them if you hate them and such.

Or just hug them once in a while.

Awesome arguement. O: I SEE THAT THUR.
I'm always uber paranoid about bookmold in my basement. Maybe its just me but that shits an EPIDEMIC. D: If I'm not reading them they wind up there and they *could* get moldy and contaminate ALL my books...
*Shudder*

Book hugs are nice. .3.
