EDITz: Hiya. So, after going back and reading some more of the purple prose bastard, and consulting TV Tropes Wiki, I'm thinking Christopher Paolini. Yeah, Eragon and that whole trilogy that magically became a quadrilogy "cycle"? Yeah.
